What We Are Looking For: The resource will independently manage the formalization of contracts for industrial plant projects (EPC and assembly). Additionally, they will be responsible for the preparation, qualification, and negotiation of contracts with end clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. They will also manage claims, conduct risk management, and work closely with the project team, the production department, and other relevant departments to ensure that all contractual terms and conditions are met and that the organization is protected from legal and financial risks.
