Contract Manager - Real Estate Admin
Your future plans: The Real Estate Admin Team is looking for a Contract Manager to perform required back-office and quality management activities related to agreements securing land title for our Italian Renewables fleet, across technologies (Onshore Wind, Solar PV, Storage).
The team is looking for a candidate enthusiastic to support and drive process optimization and harmonization efforts at the interface between the Legal and Business departments.

Your main tasks will be: • Strengthen interface between Business and Legal department; identify complex issues and refer them to Inhouse counsel • Review title documentation and execute and/or notarize real estate contracts, including register rightswith local land registries• Validate (existing) lease agreements and verify land status in the context of investment decisions• Support due diligence processes for M&A transactions as needed• Support ongoing digitization initiative (see below) and verify lease data in land mgmt. • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, contract preparation • Support further implementation of Land Lease tool• Administer and manage contracts within Land Lease toolStandardization• Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives• Align and implement new standard processes in area of responsibility• Promote standardization, improve templates and reflect lessons learned • You have successfully completed your university degree, such as law school or others• You have 2-3 years of experience with notarization in the Italian jurisdiction• You ideally demonstrate basic knowledge of real estate law• You exhibit excellent communication skills• You are excited to work in an international environment• You work diligently, with a high attention to detail (e. g.
