As a Contract Manager - Vendor Recovery specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims toward vendors:

- Identifying defects, connecting regularly and working in synergy with the project teams and site teams to identify all opportunities.

- Working in synergy with the quality and the engineering department, collecting the evidences of the defect ( root cause analysis) to be more effective in the next negotiation phase.

- Performing an evaluation of the terms and condition of the Purchase Order to vendor, in order to confirm the claim is contractually valid and can be addressed.

- Filling in an accurate claim dossier, with all the details and the required backup of all the costs incurred by BH.

- Negotiating the claim, cooperating with the sourcing team, including drafting of an appropriate settlement agreement.

- working in synergy with the project teams to identify the key contractual provisions which must be transferred to vendors, subcontractors and/or partners in the project.

- Working in synergy with the segment contract manager in order to prepare and release, on quarterly basis, the contract management segment review.

- Supporting the Contract Manger COE Leader to regularly release metrics, KPIs and prepare the package for the Portfolio Contract Management Review

- Identifying, tracking and addressing to the commercial department any contractual lesson learned identified during the project execution.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a MSc.

in Engineering or Law with an adequate knowledge of the Technical background of Oil&Gas or Energy products

- Have analytical skills on contractual clauses and knowledge of contracting methods, contract forms, drafting terms and conditions.

- Have experience in Early Dispute Resolution and claims negotiation, with solid interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.

- Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written)

- Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills from a global-matrix environment

- Demonstrate ability to work with remote teams and to deliver while handling large numbers of diverse tasks
