Monthly Salary Range: HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26): To provide IT and helpdesk/Network/System support to CAD HQs. Duties: Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CAD. Perform helpdesk function to support users from various CAD Divisions. Provide event support activities scheduled by the CAD. Provide server health check, system tuning, data backup. Provide systems and network monitoring. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp: 4. 0 Yrs of Relevant Exp: 1. 0 Requirements: Higher diploma or above in Multimedia Web Development & Digital Entertainment or equivalent. Technical Skills: At least 1 year's experience in PC LAN Support (PLS). At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10). At least 1 year's experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12). At least 6 months' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA). 1 year's experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW) is an advantage. Education: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. Experience: At least 4 years' post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
