Contract Sales Administrator (Part Time)

As a **Customer Sales Administrator** in our Sales team in **Italy**, you will report to the Country Manager for Italy and Malta.

You will be focusing on effective communication with customers in regards to spare parts, products availability, requirements, forecasts and deliveries.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with international colleagues and customers and contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.

**What will you do?

- Ensure the sales processes are followed up: technically & commercially, clarifications on orders for projects, products and spares from the order intake till execution ensuring deadlines are met.

- Support the Italian projects procurement activities and related material/services expediting as directed by Project Manager/Country Manager as appropriated.

- Organize the office activities in an efficient manner, supporting Country Manager and Service Engineers when required.

- Support the Service Level Agreement Project Manager and Country Manager as appropriate in producing and/our supporting in a punctual fashion the necessary invoicing activities in the areas of the SLA/ Maintenance Contract in place in Italy.

- Follow up the production of the ADB Safegate Italy documentation necessary to be part of the main Airport Vendor Portals and to keep updated the relevant products/permits/quality certificates.

- Follow-up sales orders across functions and departments and give feedback to the customer.

- Report regularly to the Country Manager Italy & Malta the status of pending orders (backlog) in order to identify the financial and operational issues.

- Update the sales database related to the region when an opportunity is won and make a link between the quotation and the order.

- First contact at ADB Safegate for the customer/agent when information is required for further communication.

- Provide all necessary technical documentation to the customer.

- Pro-actively contact customers and agents for all orders related issues.

- Filing activity based on the structure established in the Sales department (including correspondence related to the orders and sending of the related information to the customer).

- Work cooperatively within the ADB Safegate internal and external stakeholders to promote sales goals.

**Who are you?

- Master or Bachelor's in Administration, sales or similar

- Strong customer focus in an international and multi-cultural environment.

- Languages: English and Italian (mandatory)

- Excellent IT skills: use of calculation tools, SAP and sales databases and a good knowledge of MS Office

- Taking responsibility whilst also a strong team player

- Experience with Suppliers negotiations/ order placement

- multitasking, creative and out-of-the-box attitude within a project-oriented environment

- Result focus, excellent planning and strong administrative skills are must haves

The position is located in Rome, Italy and is for part-time.

We have a relatively small team in Italy where colleagues support each other on a daily basis.
