As a Contracts Specialist, you'll be part of the Commercial Contracts Management (CCM) Team for the BioProduction Group!

As part of this group, this will involve supporting the BioProduction Group Sales portfolio which provides biotechnology, pharmaceutical and other customers with integrated solutions across the entire bioprocessing product portfolio.

**This is a full time, permanent 100% remote working opportunity to be based within Europe.

**What will you do?

**:

***Conduct high level reviews of RFQs to spot issues identified in the Negotiation Playbook, and advise Sales team approval stance

**Working with Sales and other commercial team members, drive the timely completion of all steps in the RFQ process, and collate and build the submission for RFQs

**Build Malbek requests for confidentiality agreements for Sales personnel

**Raise contractual issues outside of Negotiation Playbook to the Senior Manager

***Who we are looking for**:

***LLM/LLB qualification preferred or equivalent working experience

**Ideally has a legal background with experience of negotiating agreements with a focus in procurement

**Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

**Project support management skills

**Additional language skills to support the DACH region would be helpful**:
