Project Nature (T26): Act as a team leader in Application Development team, and to maintain a high development standard for supporting inhouse and outsourced applications/services to CAD

Duties: Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CAD; Provide Project Management Support on ITMU Application Development Projects; Provide Funding Application Support to OGFIO FAF projects; Provide System Analysis Support to Application Development; Manage Inhouse programmers / outsourced vendors on Application Development; Assure all Application Development aligned with Gov Standards, including: OGCIO Circular No. 2/2015 - Best Practices and Guides for Delivery of IT Projects; OGCIO Circular No. 3/2014 "Planning of IT Projects under Block Allocation Head 710 Computerisation Subhead A007GX"; Best Practices for BA (G60); Effective Systems Analysis and Design Guide (G61); Practice Guide for Agile Software Development (G62); Practice Guide for Scoping and Planning of Large-scale IT System Development Projects (G63); Resource Estimation Guide (G19); Assure all Application Development projects comply with CAD ISO9000 and ISO 27000; Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp: 5. 0

Requirements: Degree: Degree in Information Systems or equivalent

Technical Skills: At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); At least 3 years' experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA); At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); 3 years' experience in Oracle Application Server (OAS) is an advantage; 2 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM); At least 2 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP); 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage. Education: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;

Experience: At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
