Duties: Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CAD. Provide Project Management Support on ITMU Application Development Projects. Provide Funding Application Support to OGFIO FAF projects. Provide System Analysis Support to Application Development. Manage Inhouse programmers / outsourced vendors on Application Development. Assure all Application Development aligned with Gov Standards, including: OGCIO Circular No. 2/2015 - Best Practices and Guides for Delivery of IT Projects. OGCIO Circular No. 3/2014 - Planning of IT Projects under Block Allocation Head 710 Computerisation Subhead A007GX. Best Practices for BA (G60). Effective Systems Analysis and Design Guide (G61). Practice Guide for Agile Software Development (G62). Practice Guide for Scoping and Planning of Large-scale IT System Development Projects (G63). Assure all Application Development projects comply with CAD ISO9000 and ISO 27000. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp: 5. 0 Yrs of Relevant Exp: 2. 0 Requirements: Degree: Degree in Information Systems or equivalent. Technical Skills: At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV). At least 3 years' experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA). At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL). 3 years' experience in Oracle Application Server (OAS) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM). At least 2 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP). 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage. Education: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. Experience: At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
