As a Commercial Operation Manager within the GTS Contractual Services Team plays an essential role in the growth of the Commercial COE.
You will closely work together with Sales manager with a high level of autonomy.
As a CS Commercial Operation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving commitment growth for Contractual Services
- Contributing to New Equipment deals supporting TCO Analysis with LCC's and Budgetary proposals
- Negotiating and closing commercial proposal and support complex deals
- Managing overall Project proposal strategy arranging the Bid-to-Win process
- Achieving financial and operational targets (e. g.
identifying new deals, building up new opportunities)
- Supporting the Sales Force in opportunity development/assessment with Customers
- Identifying with Application Engineering Team the best solutions to meet Customers' "Critical to Quality" (CTQs)
- Preparing commercial proposals, guarantee Quality completeness, and Time responsiveness
- Coordinating Functions (Legal, Finance, Risk, Manufacturing, Technical Assistance, Sales Force, Global Services P&Ls) during proposal preparation and follow-up
- Defining strategy on Price and Margin and leverage ROI evaluation
- Ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment
- Leading Hand-Off for project execution phase (OTR) (supported by the team)
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting the assigned project/s (CMS tool management)
**Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred)
- Have good experience in a technical/commercial role or in Operations role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas Sectors
- Be a self-starter & able to work on their own initiative.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, communication and team building skills
- Have excellent commercial skills, developed through negotiation experience and knowledge of customer financial drivers
- Be available to travel for business purposes world-wide
