**Nominated by the Competence Center, the Project Leader is responsible to deliver the items requested by customer within the assigned budget and within agree date.

S/he is responsible for a number of Work Packages of the WBS.

**:

***Main responsibilities and tasks**:

- **S/he assures that all the required contract documentation is available for the Team.

**:

- **S/he writes the Project Charter (provides a preliminary delineation of roles and responsibilities, outlines the project's key goals, identifies the main stakeholders, and defines the authority of the project manager)**:

- **S/he concurs to the definition of the Project Development Plan and drives the internal and external reviews necessary or required;**:

- **S/he proactively coordinates the team with different skills involved in the development and production of the project, including the Quality or Purchase resources.

When needed, sShe/he identifies priorities in hes/his perimeter to support and manage team working;**:

- **S/he manages the preparation of project documentation: she/he assures that the documents needed for Review Datapackages (EQSR, PDR; CDR, MRR, TRR, TRB, DRB, others) are prepared and duly configured by Team members**:

- **S/he is responsible for planning preparation and updating according to operational needs and capabilities of the industrial structures.

- **S/he monthly contributes to the preparation of 'On-Going-Master-Plan (PDP) and he is responsible for the information used.

**:

- **On a monthly basis, once received actual data consolidation, s/he performs cost control at Control Account and WP Level;**:

- **On a Monthly basis, S/he carries out the analysis of the status of the project in terms of the EAC, cost variance, schedule delays.

**:

- **S/he is responsible to plan, monitor and control the procurement of needed materials, parts or whatever is to be procured outside the company.

She/he monitor the proper implementation of MRP/MES processes for procurement/manufacturing**:

- **S/he is the formal interface between the Program and CCE-I;**:

- **S/he is the formal interface between the external Customer and CCE-I, where applicable.

- **S/he is responsible for the proactive management of Risks and Opportunities on the Work Packages inside his perimeter;**:

- **S/he ensures that Export Control Plan is prepared and updated;**:

- **S/he handles requests and tracking of changes.

- **At least on a monthly basis, she/he is responsible for the formal reporting towards the CCE-I management and the Program Manager**:

- **S/he is responsible for opening and closing of WP (OS) belonging to CA (LH) within its competence.

- **S/he manages the project closure (closure CA and WP, testing supplies, Lesson Learnt, . . . )**:

**Skills and requirements**:

- **S/he has managed for at least three years activities aimed at managing complex projects, leading a multidisciplinary team and being responsible for the overall project times and costs.

**:

- **Preferential title IPMA or PMP Certification.

**:

- **Leadership skills are required for the management of extended Teams distributed across different sites**:

- **Has aptitude for organization and aptitude for problem solving**:

- **S/he has mastery of the English language, both written and spoken for an almost daily use**:

- **Must be available for short-term travel in Italy and abroad.
