Brain Technologies is searching for: Control Engineer – Induction Applications We are seeking a talented and motivated Control Engineer to join our R&D team, contributing to the development and optimization of induction hob technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and simulation of control algorithms for induction systems, ensuring optimal performance through system architecture definition, big data analysis, and model-based design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities: Design control algorithms and perform simulations for Main Induction Topologies.

Define induction system architecture and manage requirements.

Conduct big data analysis and develop control estimators to optimize hardware circuitry.

Analyze and define critical interfaces between modules and specifications.

Develop and consolidate a Model-Based Design infrastructure.

Apply V-model approach for system documentation, detailed design, and testing.

Contribute to the formalization of Architectural and Software Requirement Specifications.

Utilize simulation tools such as Python, Simulink, and MATLAB for system analysis.

Maintain continuous updates on project progress and deliverables.

Collaborate with suppliers during design, development, integration, optimization, and verification phases.

Place: Brugherio (MI) Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in a related field.

Proven experience in induction hob technology integration.

Experience in embedded software programming (C and Assembly) on microcontroller architectures.

Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation such as power meters and oscilloscopes.

Strong analytical skills in problem-solving, bug tracking, and regression testing.

Knowledge of FMEA, Six Sigma tools, and V Model process approach (requirement traceability, test design, test execution, and reporting).

Background in hardware and software design (nice to have) and power conversion systems (preferred).

Languages : Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken), Italian mandatory.
