In this role, your tasks include organizing daily activities and reporting, maintaining good internal relations with all supporting areas of your function as well.

You are the right person if you enjoy to put effort on your tasks individually as well you like the collaboration with the organization; if you have a systematic and self-directed approach to work and good communication skills.

You will need both Italian and English language in your work to work with local colleagues and global colleagues.

You will report to CFO Manager and get support from an open, helpful and approachable team.

**Work tasks**:

- Ensure the implementation of all activities relating to management control

- Prepare budgets and forecasts, monthly reports requested by the Group and by the company management

- Support line managers collecting relevant data

- Prepare reports and perform variance analyses, identifing possible causes and supporting Line Managers in data interpretation

- Report any changes need for the system

- Valuation of inventory and verification of product costing

- Warehouse trend monitoring, slow moving, rejects.

- Fixed cost trend control

- Analysis of turnover, backlog, margins by product line and customers

- Support to the Administrative Function for the construction of the Statutory Financial Statements and IFRS Reporting package

**Competence Requirements

- Degree in Economics, Accountability and Finance or similar

- Previous minimum experience of 3 years in similar position in a company or audit firm

- Excellent analytical skills

- Good organizational and accuracy skills

- Good IT skills: MS Office, use of CRM and ERP systems

- Good Knowledge of Principi contabili ITA GAAP

- Good level of written and spoken English (at least B2)
