CONTROLLER R&D

**Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to become part of a multinational company in continuous evolution, based in Bolzano.

**Responsibilities

She/He will be in charge of the following activities:

- Manage the controlling of R&D programs in accordance with internal regulations

- Analyse the execution performance and propose action plans to improve the programs controlling as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks

- Ensure the monthly closure of R&D activities, follow up the alignment forecast/actual versus budget, and lead the recovery plan in accordance with the R&D Manager

- Oversee the respect of the Delegation of Authority

- Manage interco-invoicing, funding reconciliation, royalties

- Preparation of unit cost before year end and forecasting of the same before reporting of hours and other spending

**Requirements**:

- Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering

- Proficiency in all MS Office Applications.

Excellent Excel knowledge is essential

- Previous experience in a multinational Company with a similar role or in an audit Company

- English at an advanced level (B2)

- Good knowledge of IFRS

- SAP and Oracle proficiency is a plus
