**Posizione**:

He/She will manage the business controlling activities of the assigned department by:

- Manage supervise the preparation of all internal reporting monthly, quarterly and yearly, annual budgeting and periodical forecasting, ensuring a timely and qualitative delivery;

- Provide in-depth analysis with qualitative comments on data and variances;

- Constantly liaise with Carel Group subsidiaries or HQ departments in the coordination of planning processes and periodical closures, in order to guarantee the deadlines defined;

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify recommended actions and support decision-making;

- Collaborating with the IT department to strengthen and develop financial modelling and reporting.

**Requisiti**:

- Master Degree in Economics or Statistic sciences, or Management Engineering or equivalent education

- 2/3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company and/or in an auditing or consulting firm;

- Ability to use controlling and data mining tools, advanced use of Excel (i. e.

pivots, macros etc.

)

- Knowledge of HFM, Hyperion, Oracle Business Intelligence would be a plus;

- A mind for analysis: precise, effective, high catching;

- Determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm;

- Ability to partner with the business with a problem solving approach and excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Ability to travel and fluency in English
