**What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

- Ensure fulfilments of local finance activities

- Support the plant management in the journey of operational excellence with continuous improvement and (cost) controlling

- Advise and challenge plant management proactively on all relevant financial matters concerning the Italian site

- Support on planning and forecasting, adjusting intermediate financial reports to actuals and supporting business cases including contract manufacturing

- Create and maintain structural and ad hoc analyses and reports, provide and comment variances analysis

- Manage or be part of Global controlling Projects with our colleagues from Chile, Ecuador, Switzerland, Italy and Germany

- Contribute to our GO Controlling Roadmap to lift controlling business partnering to the next level

**What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

- Master degree in Industrial Engineering/Finance/Economics

- 1-2years relevant experience in a plant environment

- Professional language skills in Italian and English.

Spanish is a plus
