About the RoleThe candidate will report directly to COMAS Finance Manager and will be part of the AFC Department; he/she will:Be the company reference point for management control activities;Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing;Prepare of the annual budget and periodic forecasts;Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analyses;Analyze the marginality of the Company business projects, both in terms of budget/forecast and in the final balance;Define and structure of industrial management control activities linked to a production plant;Provide Management support with ad hoc analysisParticipate in the implementation of new business processes and the ERP systemHave an active role of "Business Partner" towards the Management and the entire organizational structure, with a view of "Continuous Improvement" of business and organizational processesWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulMaster's degree in economics or Management Engineering4-5 years of experience in similar roleProfessional experiences within Machinery, or Automotive is requiredCompetenze contabili poi applicate in contesti di controllo di gestioneAudit Experience in big four (2/3 years) is a plusExperience with SAP FI. CO.
