**The O**pportunity

- The resource will join the Controlling team within the CFO structure.

The structure deals with management of company planning through the preparation of budgets/forecasts, ensures reports both for internal and external stakeholders in relation to economic/financial/commercial trends and collaborates with the Fin-OPS structure_

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Ensure the evolution and maintenance of the tools used to support the planning, control and monitoring processes;

- Support in the preparation of budget, forecast, and multi-year plans, ensuring their consistency with the spending process;

- Preparation of summary analysis for the company management, for the BoD and for the Parent Company related to economic, and performance KPI;

- Support to the CMO Dept.

through the construction and maintenance of tools for the simulation of product/service pricing;

- Optimize the cost structure, in a cost management logic, through the identification, enhancement and monitoring of specific project initiatives

- Support the activities of budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, preparation of multi-year corporate plans;

- You can independently face and resolve the complexity deriving from your day-to-day job

- You've got substantial knowledge of MS Excel

- You own analytical and problem solving skills

- You are motivated and proactive

- You have graduated in economics / management engineering and you have a B2 or higher level in both Italian and English

- 1 year experience in a similar role
