"We are now looking for an experienced Controlling Manager that will provide leadership, coordination, and direction for Finance and Controlling activities at MAE level to meet the B. U. 's and Division's objectives.   Essential duties and responsibilities:Planning and BudgetingAssist Finance Director with budgeting, planning, and monitoring cost reductions. Analyze variances and suggests corrective actions to production and overhead departments. Prepare plant rates and establish standard costs for accuracy in cost estimation, inventory evaluation, and production performance. Control & Compliance:Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX, including self-testing and documentation posting. Drive continuous improvement in reporting, control, and compliance. Support audit management. Financial Reporting:Coordinate monthly and year-end closings (US GAAP), investigate discrepancies, and provide timely reports. Prepare internal and external financial packages for management. Capex Management:Review capital appropriation requests for new equipment and toolingMonitor spending to ensure alignment with appropriations and trigger supplemental requests when necessary. Degree & Experience:Degree in Accounting or Finance required5-6 years of experience in a financial/controlling position within a manufacturing environmentSpecial knowledge, skills and abilities:Knowledge of financial, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including US GAAP and SOX 404 requirements. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and projections. Knowledge of SAP ERP – advanced skills in FI-CO modules. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team. Fluent in English and Italian
