**THE ROLE

The Controlling team lead the performance of management and reporting control activities with large portfolios of plants that produce energy from renewable sources, managed by WiseEnergy for leading financial institutions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Preparation of periodic assessment report of the financial performance and other parameters, accompanied by comments and specific actions to be taken and monitoring

- Preparation of monthly and yearly budgets for individual plants and/or companies which own more vehicle systems, reconciliations and cash and accrual forecasting, analysis of continuous economic and financial performance and other operating parameters, variance analysis between actual and expected values

- Construction monitoring costs and analysis of investments

- Revenues management

- Check costs, purchase requests and orders based on the approved Budget

- Analysis of the margins to identify opportunities for performance improvements

- Rescheduling of monthly and annual budgets and long-term business plan

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts; ensures regular KPI reporting on a weekly and monthly basis

- Support with analyses on ad-hoc strategic development topics, e. g.

feasibility & profitability analyses.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in a Controller function, ideally in the renewable sector

- Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (e. g. , Finance, Engineering, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Economics)

- The right to work in Italy.
