The Milan Branch of Banco Santander S. A. Is looking to hire a Controller who will be integrate into a small Finance Team.

Main duties: -      Preparation, analysis and explanation of monthly reporting (Balance and P&L); -      Preparation of Risk Reporting including allocation of RWA for Product; -      Preparation of Budget, Forecast and Strategic Plan; -      Analysis of business activity for segment, product and clients; -      Analysis of monthly P&L; -      Support and coordination with the Holding Company for Monthly Closing, ah hoc analysis and projects; -      Provide assistance to our internal and external stakeholder for the financial and business reporting.

Experience and technical skills: -      Master's degree in Finance or Economics; -      Approx 4/5 Years of relevant experience in Controlling and Financial Reporting preferably within a bank; -      Advanced in MS-Office (Excel, Access and Power Point); -      Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish would be a preference selection criterion -      Preferred Experience with Power BI, Oracle Analytics and SAP Soft skill: -      Drives results and Action-oriented -      Interpersonal savvy -      Teamworking -      Time management -      Proactive and collaborative
