Overview:

The principle purpose of this position is to prepare and review account reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements.

Analyzes and prepares management reports as required.

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, policies and procedures as they relate to financial statements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management Reporting, incl KPI's, trends, commentary, high/low lights, challenges and opportunities

- Forecasting and Budgeting

- Monitor sales, margin and opex performance and formulate recommendations to accelerate profitable business growth

- Standard Cost Calculation and Control

- Ad-Hoc financial analysis

- Business investment (Capex & Projects) analysis and post-investment reviews

- Incentive programs tracking and reporting

- Management and preparation of the Annual Accounts.

- Prepare Permanent Audit Files (PAF) per statutory company.

- Oversee all Statutory Reporting.

- Prepare and manage the Financial Consolidation and WW reporting to US for KNE.

- Administer and review all Accounting Policies and Procedures and train other employees.

- Assist with audit activities; prepare work papers for external and internal audits.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree or equivalent by experience;

- Team player;

- Good communication skills in Italian and English;

- Well organized and accurate;

- Flexible in adjusting to organizational needs;

- Takes initiative.
