Position**:

**Overview

***Reporting to the Controller, you will support the Finance department.

In your role the main target will be supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the Controlling department.

You will collaborate with all internal Departments and other entities of the group.

**This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract based in Milan.

**Your Mission**:

Your main responsibilities will include the following closing activities:

- Retail Sales - Check Retail Pro/Stealth/Sap & Accruals

- Wholesale Sales - Season/Country/Returns analysis

- IC Reconciliations and IC Balances recap for Corporate Treasury

- Journal book

- FX analysis for Corporate Treasury

- Headcount report

- Reclass incorrect postings

- Expense activities (Retail, Communications, G&A, Travel expenses)

- Managing rents, housing allowances, employee's vehicles and utilities across all cost centres

- Check Trial Balance in SAP vs. Board

- Temporary people report

**Profile**:

**Your Talent**:

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Finance experience gained in medium-large structured companies or audit firm is preferable but not essential

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.

- Strong communication and team working skills.

- Ability to problem solve and work in a logical manner.

- Good attention to details.

- Competent in managing high volumes of data.

**Systems and Essentials**:

- Graduate in Business Administration with experience in a similar role in Administration, Finance and Controlling department.

- Preferable but not essential knowledge in SAP and Stealth systems.

- Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel.
