What will your duties be in this position?

Reporting to the Italian Chief Financial Officer, your Mission will be : Contribute to keep the accounting and financial processes of the local entities up to standard and ensure accurate management reporting and control incl.

margin control & business performance, budget and forecast preparation.

Participating in the financial planning and analysis, including budget and forecast preparation and management reporting.

Supporting improvement actions on the financial planning and analysis process. - Financial analysis, elements and KPIs as well as financial performance vs budget and N-1- Assisting in preparation of financial statements and reports that follow all regulatory and accounting guidelines. - Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with local legislation and established best practices. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Support in the development of reports for management- Review the company's / Interco accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances. - Analyse the performance of agencies, identify the issues to improve their profitability - supporting to take corrective actions. - Periodic and ad hoc analysis of the financials to drive business improvements. - Improvement projects the financial planning and reporting to support the key business needs. - Assist in the implementation of financial tools and standardization of reporting as part of the group TOM project.

Profile description:

We are looking for an analytical person, with accounting and financial experience, who meets the following requirements:

- Analytical and Financial skills- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.

)- Understanding of data analysis, operation, budget and forecasting- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Fluency in Italian, English and French- Advance competence in BI analysis and tool- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - Proven experience (+5 years) within a financial department in an international, industrial company, business controlling, financial planning and analysis. - Interpersonal and teamwork skills- Good communication skills, written and verbal. - In return, you will have the opportunity to:
