We are looking for a driven Controller to join our team and play a key role in overseeing the financial operations at the MAE.
If you excel in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment!What You'll DoPlanning and Budgeting:Collaborate with the Finance Director on budgeting, planning, and cost monitoring. Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to production and overhead departments. Prepare plant rates and establish standard costs to ensure accurate cost estimation, inventory evaluation, and production performance. Control & Compliance:Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX, including self-testing and documentation posting. Drive continuous improvement in reporting, control, and compliance processes. Coordinate monthly and year-end closings (US GAAP), investigate discrepancies, and provide timely reports. Prepare internal and external financial packages for management. Capex Management:Review capital appropriation requests for new equipment and tooling. Monitor spending to ensure alignment with appropriations and trigger supplemental requests when necessary. What We're Looking ForDegree in Accounting or Finance required5-6 years of experience in a financial/controlling position within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of financial, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including US GAAP and SOX 404 requirementsExperience with automated financial and accounting reporting systemsProficient in SAP ERP – advanced skills in FI-CO modulesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with interpersonal abilitiesFluent in both English and Italian #J-18808-Ljbffr
