**RICHEMONT ITALY - Controller (**_Maternity Cover starting in October_**)

As part of the Italian market Finance team, you will provide support to the FP&A team to ensure data and financial reporting is accurate for all key stakeholders.

Also, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of ad hoc analyses and supporting material.

You will support the monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.

Do you match this profile?

- Do you have a master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, with a strong attention to details and an Analytical background?

- Do you have a previous relevant experience in FP&A/Financial Controlling & Reporting?

- Do you have excellent modelling skills (Knowledge of VBA/Power BI/Python is a plus)?

- Are you comfortable working with tight deadlines, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities?

- Are you highly organized, energetic, and well-structured thinking?

- Do you have excellent task prioritization skills?

What do we expect from you?

- You will work with the Reporting teams to ensure proper and accurate P&L/BS management during the closing period

- You will be involved in the business cycle plan, budget, and forecasts, analyzing performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans if necessary.

- You will perform analysis vs plan and forecast on monthly/quarterly basis, monitor trends and propose achievable action/corrective plans to drive targets achievement.

Support, monitor and follow up the execution.

- You will develop and maintain reporting tools to drive financial targets and allow the team to rely on data resources for the performance explanation.

- You will constantly and proactively support the business with ad/hoc analysis, accurate and timely financial information critical to business leader's decision making.

Provide commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives

- You will have a focus on process standardization and continuous improvement, on automation and sharing best practices
