Position**:

Nuti Ivo Group is composed of six companies based in Italy and various foreign

collaborations: the versatility of the type of production and the uniqueness of each tannery

makes Nuti Ivo Group an excellence in the market, able to distinguish itself for the services

offered and the high quality of the product.

LVMH Métiers d'Art, the French luxury group's specialist crafts division, has acquired a

majority stake in Italian tannery Nuti Ivo S. p. A

Reporting to Group CFO, the controller will engage in daily and monthly financial monitoring,

budget preparation, and financial planning, as well as participate in various financial and

extra-financial projects.

**Job responsibilities**:

The controller will serve as a strategic business partner, providing critical financial oversight

and operational support to the Nuti Group entity in a dynamic environment in coordination

with MDA guidelines.

Controlling:

Serve as a strategic partner to entities, leveraging a transversal vision to share best

practices and drive continuous improvement.

Review and support to harmonize the costing methods, stock valuation, and

controlling methodologies inside the different legal entities.

Standardize industrial variances, monitor action plans, and ensure corrective

measures are implemented.

Coordinate comprehensive reporting activities, focusing on revenue, costs, and key

operational indicators, to provide performance insights for Nuti Ivo Group to MDA

Management

Consolidation:

Lead and execute the consolidation process during closing, ensuring the accuracy

and reliability of financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Capex).

Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure timely and efficient

financial consolidation.

Financial Reporting & Activity Monitoring:

Participate in monthly and annual closing operations.

Optimize the production and presentation of monthly reports by preparing

comprehensive monthly activity notes, along with quarterly and annual financial report.

Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.

Monitor cash flow and Capex trends, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Support the different accounting dept during the external audit activities

Budget and Strategic Planning:

Participate in the budget process (including revisions), including presentation of

reports.

Developing robust multi-year business plans and scenarios to be presented to MDA.

Integrate eco-transformation decisions into financial projections

Various Projects:

Lead initiatives to improve financial processes

Drive productivity and industrial efficiency projects

Enhance decision-making tools for measuring industrial performance leveraging BI

tools

Support the entities to define a new IT environment and standardize the IT tools

Ensure data reliability and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and

visibility especially through the evolution of information systems.

**Profile**:

Master's degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of professional background, including in-depth experience in a

manufacturing environment, ideally complemented by auditing experience.

Deep understanding of BOM, routing, and standard costing methodologies.

Extensive experience in financial data manipulation and information systems, with

advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial insights and

strategic recommendations clearly.

Fluency in Italian, English; proficiency in French is a plus.
