We are seeking a talented Controller Specialist to join our Control Department at our Chieti (Italy) plant. Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting Accounting and reporting process in order to prepare financial statements and related footnotes (Gap Analysis) analyzing financial data in an accurate and timely manner. Monthly closing process, and quarterly and annual reporting issues. Weekly sales analysis and the gap with Forecast. Preparation of work papers supporting the monthly close process and month-end balances. Preparation of monthly forecast incorporating historical results and future assumptions. Profit and loss analysis by product and by customers. Preparation of Cash flow analysis and Working capital trend. Monthly presentation. KPI index for Balance Scorecard. Budget Annual budgeting and planning process, analysis of revenue and price variances, calculating purchase price variances, expenditures, etc. till the final Profit and Loss. Review all financial figures and compare them to the last estimate result to identify and explain variances. Accounting Develop a chart of account. Fiscal inventory yearly calculation. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Cost Accounting Yearly definition of Standard Cost/Rates. Guarantee the right ICO price process. Other activities General ledger reconciliation (yearly). Support on year-end audit activity (yearly). Blackline: monthly account reconciliation. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, Economics or related field. Good problem-solving skills. Solid accounting background and analytical skills, with an eye for detail. Proficient in Excel and English. Excellent communication, analytical, and synthesis skills. Good team player and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. More information: Workplace: Chieti Scalo (CH). Type: Full-time position.
