Your taskYou will provide regular reports to stakeholders including comments.

The internal exchange on the various topics regarding costs rounds off your tasks as a key contact.

Your contributionWith the responsibility to identify saving potentials in collaboration with international Customer Care Management (CCM) stakeholders, you will shape the international CCM.
