Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world.
We need you to standardize processes and drive innovation!
**Your task
You will provide regular reports to stakeholders including comments.
Therefor you will continously develop the planning models and cost reportings as well as evaluate methodologies and execute monthly cost monitoring.
In addition you will also evaluate business cases and analyze the monthly cost development.
The internal exchange on the various topics regarding costs rounds off your tasks as a key contact.

With the responsibility to indentify saving potentials in collaboration with international Customer Care Management (CCM) stakeholders you will shape the international CCM.

Customer Care Management is an international matrix organization in which you will work together with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland.

You are experienced in controlling procedures and reports within Customer Care Management.
You are proficient in understanding relevant KPIs and interdependencies among cost figures.
Also you are skilled in data analytics.

You have a minimum B2-level English proficiency and very good Excel skills.
Also you have analytical and numerical skills as well as conceptual skills and persuasion power.
Good communication skills and an independent and structured way of working round off your profile.
**Your softskills
You are well experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup.
You thrive to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment.
**Your tools
You will work with Qlik Sense, SAP ERP FI and Excel.
