Controlling InternRole descriptionPrometeon Tyre Group is looking for a Controlling Intern to support the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Controlling Team at our headquarters in Milan. This role involves assisting the Business Controlling team in Procurement and Supply Chain areas, performing ad hoc analyses, data consolidation, and working on special projects related to Raw Material purchasing, DPO, DIO, and Logistics costs, including International Freight and Local Logistics distribution. If you're ready to drive change, join us!Key responsibilities:The candidate will support the team in the following activities:Assist in the preparation of actual/forecast/budget scenarios and variance analysis. Help develop presentations for top management. Maintain current reporting tools and assist in developing new ones. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as the Finance community (both local and HQ) and Business partners for Procurement and Supply Chain departments (both local and HQ). Preparing monthly booklet reports. Consolidating information from functional and international controllers. Participating in monthly Logistics and Procurement meetings with entities. Enhancing the understanding and effectiveness of internal reporting. Weekly and monthly reporting. Ad-hoc analyses. Qualifications required:Academic background in Economics, Management, Controlling, or related fields. Degree in Business Administration, Economics (specialization in Administration, Finance, and Control is a plus). Proficiency in English and Italian. Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and variance analysis. Effective communication skills with a proactive attitude. Basic knowledge of SAP for data extraction is a plus. Proactive, precise, open-minded, and able to meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Previous work experience is a plus.
