Apply now for the position of Financial Controller and through your expertise in financial analysis, cost management and proactive problem-solving you will be instrumental in driving informed decision-making, ensuring financial transparency, and ultimately contributing to the company's strategic success and sustainable growth.

Your role: You oversee financial statements, ensuring accurate cost allocations, headcount analysis and transparency during and after the closing period.

You lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, aligning on overhead costs, CAPEX and cash flow with business objectives while analyzing P&L positions, Operating Working Capital, Free Cash Flow, and Overdue.

You analyze personnel costs and key financial KPIs, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

You collaborate with Business Unit, Corporate Functions, and Leadership Teams, preparing materials for monthly reviews and strategic planning.

You drive special projects, monitor risks, and deliver high-quality financial information to stakeholders.

Your expertise: You hold a degree in Economics or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in Business Unit controlling, with strong knowledge of financial statements and closing processes.

You are proficient in accounting principles, particularly IFRS (including IFRS 15), and understand their impact on financial reporting and balance sheets.

You have hands-on experience with SAP modules such as FI, CO, CO-PA, and PCA, and are comfortable working with digital tools like Business Warehouse, Qlik, Power BI, and Analysis for Excel.

You are skilled in identifying root causes of variances between actuals and plans, providing actionable insights, and supporting resolution processes.

You thrive under pressure and deadlines, work effectively both independently and in teams, and can collaborate across countries and functions when needed.
