In this role, you will support operations through proactive steering and control of the business. You will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions. Your ImpactFocus on value creationConduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysisPrepare and analyze financial and economic dataSupport the creation of business dashboardsReport on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspectsSupport the budgeting processDevelop annual budget and monthly forecastsAssess and support the development of the areas' operational plansSupport Branches in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustmentsAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. What you should bring :3-5 years#39; experienceBachelor's / Master#39;s Degree, preferably in Economics / Business AdministrationPrevious experience in accounting management and knowledge of accounting management principlesKnowledge of analytical accountingExperience in auditingKnowledge of SAP CO-PATechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
