Job Description: Company Description We are looking for a resource to be inserted within the quality control department of an important food company.

Position In an internal team of 2/3 people and in collaboration with the headquarters, the candidate will be responsible for:

Process controls, sampling of finished products and raw materials Conducting inspections and internal audits Collaboration in managing external audits of second and third parties Management of internal non-conformities and complaints Training of operational staff on hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and food safety Monitoring sanitation services and pest control Collaboration in updating procedures and instructions of the Quality System (HACCP, Supplier Evaluation, Food Defence, etc. )

Requirements Degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, or related disciplines 1-2 years of experience in the Quality function, preferably in food production companies Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations and standards (BRC, IFS, ISO 9001, etc. )

Good knowledge of the English language Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team Good knowledge of IT tools Other Information Direct insertion at the client company with classification in line with actual experience in the role.
