Earthstream are proud to be recruiting a Controls Support Engineer for a leading provider of automation solutions within the intralogistics industry based in Maranello.

Job Role: Controls Support Engineer

As a Controls Support Engineer your remit will include: Responsible for application engineering of HMI/PLC systems for fully automated Warehouse Control Systems. Design, coding, specification and test of PLC, HMI and AC and DC drive software. Focal point for on-site technical & commissioning issues. May be required to provide technical support to sales department and assist in the preparation and presentation of sales tenders and proposals. What you will bring to the company: Several years of industrial experience with sound knowledge of either, Siemens S7 /TIA or Beckhoff TwinCat 2/3. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings. Experience in the management of subcontractors delivering electrical installations and control systems. Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills. What the company can offer you: Travel allowances: We provide specific allowance when the person is travelling (Italy € 34. 11, EU € 68, 50, Extra EU € 84, 57).

These gross amounts are intended for each night spent away. Smart working: We have a smart working policy that allows us to work from home up to three days a week.

The person needs to know that, during the first period, will be asked to be more present in the office. Ticket restaurant: We provide the person with tickets restaurant (€8), for each day worked in the office or at home. Flexible working hours: We have a policy that allows us to come into the office with flexible hours. Corporate Welfare: Once the person has passed the probation period, we will activate the corporate welfare platform, where he/she will get € 500 that can spend on the online platform or in shops. Merit increase policy: Starting from the second year of employment, the person will be eligible to participate in the merit increase process.
