Job Responsibilities: Acting as a lead and in a managerial position, the candidate is responsible for:

Proactively supporting the strategy analysis in COO to ensure continuous improvement. Supporting/leading business cases for initiatives aimed at generating efficiency in COO. Challenging/supporting through cost analysis for COO departments to become scalable. Supporting/leading sourcing strategy with an independent view. Ensuring continuous measurement of cost efficiency in coordination with key stakeholders and oversight monitoring to achieve targets. Maintaining proactive relationships with the Procurement team to monitor vendors and initiatives. Collaborating with internal cost controllers to track progress. Helping team coordination to ensure common objectives are met. Competencies: An understanding and solid background in cost analysis (direct/indirect, Pareto efficiency, ABC analysis, etc. ) to interface independently with main stakeholders and business partners. Experience in process flow with an end-to-end vision and knowledge of banking processes. Ability to work effectively across functions (COO, Tribes, Finance). Proficiency in project management. Spirit of initiative and collaboration, providing contributions by bringing new ideas. Fluency in English. Soft Skills: Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise presentations. Customer focus and interest are paramount. Problem analysis and judgment skills. Analytical and structured approach. Vision and initiative. Teamwork capabilities. Working Conditions: Full Time
