Duties & Responsibilities: Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experienceAssemble, combine, and cook ingredientsMaintain a sanitary kitchenAttend to the detail and presentation of each orderPlace and expedite ordersPrepare ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredientsComplete hot meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredientsAdhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety proceduresMaintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food itemsStores leftovers according to established standardsContribute to daily, holiday, and theme menus in collaboration with the teamRequirements: 2 or more years of cooking experience to include food preparationStrong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practicesExceptional food presentation skillsFamiliarity with general kitchen equipment and appliancesStrong work ethic and high energy levelBenefits: AVI is proud of its team members and appreciates the hard work, loyalty and committed service they provide every day, which is why we offer the following:
