We are looking for a COOK / COOK'S ASSISTANT for our cooking center BOARA PISANI. The resource will mainly be responsible for:meal preparation daily following the instructions in the recipe book. Management of diets based on the different types of intolerances or allergies. Requirements:Experience preferable in the kitchen in collective catering, company canteens, tourist villages, commercial restaurants;Knowledge of HACCP standards;Ambition and curiosity in the restaurant sector;The ideal profile has good will, dynamism, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and personal care, in compliance with hygiene-sanitary regulations.
