**Cook tasks**:

- **Prepare and serve hot and cold dishes;**:

- **Operate kitchen equipment;**:

- **Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment;**:

- **Stock inventory according to storage requirements;**:

- **Dismantle and clean machinery as needed;

**Desired Requirements**:

- **Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and to follow procedures;**:

- **Flexibility: working time and hours;**:

- **Experience in high intensity kitchen work;**:

- **Knowledge of English and Italian
