ROCK OUR KITCHEN

The 25hours concept is arrived in Florence: a new hotel, a new lifestyle idea and a new restaurant.

From lunch, to aperitivo and dinner, we are going to welcome both the hotel guests and people who live the city in searching of something new.

Together with your colleagues, you'll be responsible for creating the best dishes in town.

It's the job of the kitchen team to create an unforgettable, enjoyable food experience, and we're looking forward to welcoming you as Cook

In this way, you'll be making our hotel something special. . .

- As part of your job you'll ensure that processes are flexible, the kitchen is clean and the team members work hand in hand - even if the receipt list is sometimes longer

- You'll get everything ready for the shift, and take care to ensure that it's all cleared away again afterwards as well

- You'll be committed to the high standards of our food, and make sure that everyone around you are committed to this goal as well

- As a trained caterer, you'll also be taking up the ladle yourself over and over again

Your experience and personality add that certain something extra. . .

- You've gained experience of Italian cuisine, both in hotel and restaurant

- You're passionate about good food and enjoy discovering new concepts

- You're not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
