Coordinator Admin Life Sciences Service
The Service Coordinator position is responsible for daily service support of existing customer base.
The coordinator is responsible for customer call management and open calls for the engineers, is responsible for spare parts orders, Oracle Work Orders management, invoice to customers, service administrative issue, manage administrative public tenders.
**Key responsabilities**:
- Customer Satisfaction in all aspects of the job.
Decreased instruments downtime, opening a call for the preferred engineer or found an alternative.
- Call Closure - Using Oracle and Service Max the coordinator is responsible for fix debrief service calls issue, closing PM and MOD demand not properly closed by the Engineers or by the system.
- They are responsible to enter the spare parts order identifying the best warehouse and trace the urgent orders.
- Coordinators must be able to invoice the customers in the right way identifying the administrative issue can be generated by the different type of invoices and customers request.
- Organize a travel for the manager, service specialist, engineers.
- Prepare the documentation requested by the customer and identify the right department to address the customer request, including safety tender documents and quality documents.
- Drives a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.
**Your profile
- Associate Degree in accounting and administrations (prior experience in administrative position is preferred).
- Highly computer literate (especially in Service Max, Oracle, Office, Excel, Power Point.
- Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
**Expected results**:
- Understands customer perception and the associated business impacts, to identify the best solution as quick as possible.
- Identify the different activity to maximize the service revenue.
- Fix administrative, Service Max and Oracle issue.
