**JOB PURPOSE AND PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure high quality customer service and alignment to service delivery requested by the Company.

Pro-actively process and coordinate in an accurate manner, customer requests ensuring that all instructions are respected effectively.

Build strong customer relationships within Import Customer Service and actively contribute to department processes and procedures.

The position of Coordinator Import reports directly to the Team leader within the Customer Service division at ONE Italy.

ONE is currently in a digital transformation process.
