Job Title: Coordinator M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) - Facilities Management
Overview:
As a Coordinator M&E at JLL, you will play a critical role in supporting facilities and building management services. You will oversee the mechanical and electrical operations within our managed properties, ensuring optimal functionality, compliance, and efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver superior service and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
M&E Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day M&E systems and infrastructure operations.
Ensure all M&E equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
Manage relationships with M&E service providers and contractors.
Coordinate and supervise external vendors to ensure timely and quality services.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to partners.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all M&E systems comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
Manage environmental and sustainability initiatives in line with JLL's policies.
Budget and Cost Management:
Assist in preparation and management of M&E budgets.
Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to M&E activities.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a point of contact for M&E-related inquiries and issues.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss performance and improvements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with facilities users.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Analyze M&E system performance data and generate reports.
Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of M&E professionals and technicians.
Support career development and training initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and performance-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Extensive experience in M&E systems within a facilities management context.
Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices in Italy.
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills.
