Department: European Campuses Specific Job Title: Coordinator of Student Life and Social Media Manager, Rome Reports to: Director of Rome Programs Campus: Rome Job Summary: The Coordinator of Student Life and Social Media Manager is central to ensuring that all students are supported and thriving in the University community, especially those in study abroad programs in Rome. Essential Functions: Programming & Events: Work with the Director to create and implement an engaging events program, design local excursions, administer budgets, and organize language learning programs. Service Activities: Manage service events, act as liaison with service partners, and attend events as needed. Student Affairs Administration: Provide orientation, serve as first point-of-contact for students, ensure health and safety, and participate in emergency response. Communications: Update student materials, create newsletters, manage social media content, and respond to inquiries. Ozanam Scholars Program Management: Manage the program, create service schedules, and collaborate with administrators. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field and 1-2 years related experience in the study abroad field. Preferred Education and Experience: Masters in related field and 3-5 years related experience. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Authorized to work in the Schengen area, fluent in Italian and English, and experience with educational systems in Italy and the US.
