We are seeking a professional, qualified and enthusiastic Coordinator, Office Management to provide support to our Milan office.

- As the main contact person for the company reception, you will be responsible for welcoming our customers, business partners, guests and employees in a professional manner.

- You will also be responsible for looking after our telephone center and processing our incoming and outgoing mail, as well as coordinating dispatch orders via courier services.

- You will perform independently a range of organizational and administrative tasks.

- You will take care of ordering consumables and office materials as well as procuring advertising materials.

- You will take on the planning and organization of company events, as well as special events.

**Qualifications

- University degree.

- Experience in the field of office organization in an international company.

- Solution-orientated, working as a team player as well as independently.

- Confident and sound knowledge of MS Office.

- Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
