Copy Creative Director
Position Summary
We are seeking a Creative Director – Copywriter with a passion for storytelling and a strong ability to craft compelling and impactful messages for a wide range of clients.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in copywriting and creative direction, leading the conceptual and verbal identity of projects across multiple platforms.
This role will be responsible for driving the creative vision, overseeing the copy team, and ensuring that messaging aligns with the client's brand voice and objectives, while collaborating effectively with the wider creative team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creative development of concepts and campaigns from a copy perspective, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels. Collaborate with the creative team (Art Directors, Designers, Strategists) to generate innovative ideas for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital content. Supervise the copywriting team, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring all copy delivers on creative excellence and strategic objectives. Participate in client briefings and presentations, offering strategic and creative solutions that meet their communication goals. Work closely with external partners, such as production houses and voice-over talent, to ensure that the tone and messaging of the content are in line with the overall creative vision. Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to create relevant and timely messaging. Mentor and develop the copy team, fostering creative growth and ensuring high performance. Desired Skills & Experience7-10 years of experience in copywriting or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a Creative Director position. Technical Skills: Expertise in crafting compelling copy for various mediums, including digital, print, social media, and broadcast. Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, from brand strategy to engaging storytelling and persuasive copywriting. Creativity & Leadership: Strong creative leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of writers and creatives. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to both clients and internal teams. Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficient knowledge of English and Italian. About Us
