Job Description** Staff Business Development Engineer (M/F/d)

This is an opportunity to join the fast-paced Embedded Processing Business Development Team tasked with technical marketing activities around our core technologies to support the European embedded processing business growth.

Being the global leader in MCUs it is critical that the core technologies and competitive advantages can be made clear to our technical counterparts at the customer base.

This is an essential part of the promotion of a high integrated technical product.

Job Summary:

- Develop and strengthen relationships at all levels to our distribution partners mainly in the Italy, France, Spain, region with supporting the team members on overall EMEA promotion

- Facilitate distribution customer engagements jointly with Sales and FAEs through technology workshops, roadshows, collaterals like: presentations, newsletters

- Work closely with channel partners to facilitate joint events and hands-on trainings

- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met

- Provide regional demand in key technologies to our product responsible teams

- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth.

Generate a go to market strategy for your regional activities and execute accordingly.

- Maintain awareness of major market & competitive trends, specification requirements and share them with internal stakeholders for future products & solution Roadmap development

**Qualifications

Qualifications: (enter formal qualifications typically necessary to do the job)

- Engineer degree in electrotechnics

- Project Management experience

- Good English + German language skills

- Microsoft environment like Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Excel PowerBI knowledge

- Good communication, Negotiation skills, Curiosity to learn new things

- Creativity is welcome, Open mindedness, Good teamplay

- Flexibility and willingness to travel and having exchange with people and customers

- Experience in Hardware & Software development and knowledge in MCU and MPU
