YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Copywriting Internship!

Copywriter for consumer-facing channels with a 360° approach.

Create engaging copy and collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent tone of voice across different touch points.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Copywriting: create performing and engaging texts for.com, social channels, newsletters, in-store materials, and digital tools.

Content optimization: conduct copy reviews and propose optimizations of the copy for all channels based on performance evidence and channel KPIs (traffic to store-site, engagement, open rate, conversion).

Apply A/B testing techniques to experiment with new approaches.

Tone of voice: continuous update of the brand style guide for tone of voice following the global brand direction.

Conduct market analysis to identify new emerging trends and keep the content always updated.

Translations: management and coordination of the agency for the copy translations for all countries/languages.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS: English – mother tongue or bilingual.

Educational Background in Journalism, Copywriting, or related fields.

Copywriting experience.

Editorial and commercial.

Experience on digital channels and ecommerce brands.

360°-degree thinker.

With excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams.

Ability to manage multiple writing and copy-editing projects simultaneously.

Good organizational skills and experience in management of projects/deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
