This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring close collaboration with national leadership and global teams.

You will spearhead modernisation initiatives, lead go-to-market strategies, and deliver transformative outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities - Practice Leadership: Build and scale a consultative organisation focused on infrastructure modernisation, including legacy system transformation.

- Customer Engagement: Partner with C-suite stakeholders to develop roadmaps for large-scale modernisation, leveraging workshops and industry expertise.

- Partner Ecosystem: Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and hyperscale cloud platforms to deliver integrated solutions.

- Financial Stewardship: Oversee P&L, pricing strategies, and cost optimisation for cloud-based service offerings.

- Team Development: Lead cross-functional technical and sales teams to execute modernisation programs at scale.

Who You Are - A strategic leader with 10+ years in enterprise technology transformation, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.

- Proven expertise in legacy system modernization (e. g. , mainframe-to-cloud migrations) and consultative sales.

- Strong communicator capable of representing technical vision to customers, analysts, and media.

- Adept at balancing long-term planning with hands-on execution in complex environments.

- Fluency in managing multi-vendor ecosystems and hyperscale cloud partnerships.
