The Corner Coordinator is responsible for achieving the commercial targets of the corner.
They focus on achieving business objectives by ensuring that the corner remains competitive and appealing in the market.
By managing relationships with shopping center and with representatives of other brands/competitors, the Corner Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness and desirability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Management of the Corner target by constantly monitoring sales performances through the main KPIs analysis, establishing and implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Area Manager to achieve settled goals.
Guide the team in order to achieve commercial targets, granting customer satisfaction and the respect of the qualitative standard.
Ensure the store staff always implement selling ceremony including up-selling and cross-selling and guide the team in providing customer insight about pricing and timing of all store services available.
Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure strong customer relationships are built, through constant follow-up with the team, by listening to customer feedback, and building personalized customer experiences.
Build relationships with our community and act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging in customer interactions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, driving database development, and ensuring that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling.
Drive Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology.
Business and Network Development Management of relationships with Department store/Shopping center stakeholders suggesting and anticipating business opportunities (Relocation/ Store refit etc).
Management of relationships with representatives of other brands/competitors.
Monitoring of the most relevant industry trends suggesting opportunities/initiatives to the Area Manager with the aim of improving sales.
Brand & Product Acting as a brand ambassador, convey the brand's vision and heritage to colleagues and clients, representing its values and sharing with the team helpful insight about iconic products/elements.
Responsible for the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brand's image and standards to boost sales.
Always prepared on training manual on all GG collections and categories.
Team Development and HR Management Attract, manage, develop, inspire, motivate and empower the team, demonstrating empathy, by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development.
Ensure the in-store follow-up after trainings delivered on the brand, products, operations and soft skills.
Plan and conduct daily and weekly in-store briefings to motivate the team, set objectives and show how to reach them.
Support and inspire the new staff throughout the onboarding experience.
Assure staff is groomed, welcoming, professional, and always well prepared on product and brand identity.
Oversee staffing for all open positions, working closely with the Area Manager and HR to ensure that all recruits meet the company standards in terms of skills, experience and potential.
Manage the employee performance development process and constantly provide feedback, suggesting corrective measures if needed, granting always a positive work environment.
Operation & Compliance Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks and the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on SOP, customer service, team management, and sales planning.
Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed, and operational duties are met (Goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc. ).
Ensure corporate rules and regulations, concerning business, governance, Compliance (GDPR) and Health & Safety are put in place.
Adopt IT and digital commercial tools and systems (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) and ensure the staff is well trained and prepared.
Key Requirements Fluency in Italian and English.
Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus.
Sales background: previous experience preferably in retail sector in similar role.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and engage thoughtfully.
A problem solver who can identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions.
A team player who values collaboration and can work towards common goals.
Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
