We are looking for Antexis Strategies , the advisory company of Tinexta group assisting mid-corps with distinctive consulting services on strategy, financial adviosry and special operations, a Corporate & Investment Strategy Consultant to join the Milan-based Antexis Strategies team, actively contributing to both origination and execution projects.

Academic & professional experience years of experience in corporate finance/strategy departments within consulting firms or investment banks interest in top management consulting and strategy, M&A/corporate finance and in working on complex financial transactions of financial data, market metrics, valuation methodologies and applications Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering from a top-tier Business or Engineering School Requirements attention to detail analytical skills and ability to easily understand problems and critical weaknesses client focus and goal orientation to communicate complex ideas effectively and build relationship based on trust with clients to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines command of Microsoft Office Fluency in English.

Italian mother tongue Key responsibilities detailed analyses of historical and projected financial data comprehensive company and industries analyses and mapping for marketing purposes and managing complex, usable and effective operating and financial models pitches, marketing material, client presentation, deal memoranda and related documentation for both transaction origination and execution supporting in developing strategic, industrial and organizational restructuring and business plan projects Actively supporting discussions and negotiations with all the parties involved in the process Location Milan #J-18808-Ljbffr
